
6 Week Focus Programme
Welcome!
This is your go to area for your 6 week focus programme.
The format of the programme is:
Update your progress check before every Monday call
Monday Live Class - 7pm (available on catch up too)
Monday Check In & Accountability - 7:40pm
Execute your week in line with your plan
Utilise the group chat for day to day motivation and support
Upload progress checks weekly
Programme Aims:

Drop Body Fat
This is predominantly going to come from your nutrition.
The calories you consume will determine wether you loose, sustain or gain weight.
Head to the meal plan area to choose your plan based on your dietary requirements.

Strengthen And Tone
Whilst dropping body fat is essential to meeting your desired goals, without exercise your body will become soft and shapeless.
For 6 weeks you are going to exercise 4 times per week. Made up of:
2 higher intensity sessions eg full body home workout
1 lower intensity session eg Pilates or Yoga
1 of your choice.

Build Good Habits
To build habits that you can continue with post programme.
We will work on creating a schedule, finding and making time for exercise and how to make small changes to ensure you reach your goals.
Monday Class & Check In
Every Monday we go live at 7pm for our full body workout.
Following this we will be having our check in & accountability check at 7:40pm.
If exercising at 7pm isn’t convenient for you, you can join just for the accountability & check in
Progress Checks
This is the most important part of the journey! Your progress checks will be showing you if what you are doing is working for you.
Be sure to update these weekly and join the Monday Check in calls, as this is where you can be given the coaching and support to amend your plan to ensure you reach your goals.
Remember, what you put in is what you will get out.
