Mental Health Support

Hey girl,

Before you dive in to this area it is very important that you are aware that this is not medical advice. I am not a GP, a therapist or a psychologist. I am a 30 something women who has gone through over 6 years of not knowing what way is up, down, left or right.

Although I am mental health first aid trained I am not qualified to give medical advice.

I have had various types of therapy, read many self help books and used yoga, exercise and self care to muddle my way through this thing called life.

The information in this area is combined from lived experiences, trials & tribulations teemed with guidance that can be found on NHS and other credible sources websites.

Although to some it may seem obvious, I must make this explicitly clear. This area is NOT medical advice. If you are feeling like you are in a crisis please reach out to a service below and get the help you so truly deserve. If you are in a negative headspace it can feel like ‘normality’ is a long way away but I promise you it isn’t. There is so much support out there. You just need to take the first step in accessing it. And if you don’t have the strength to do so please ask a friend or relative to reach out on your behalf.

Georgina herself, nor any other contributor can be held liable for any actions taken by members as a result of accessing this area.

Remember, looking after yourself is the most important thing you can do in this life.

All my love,

Georgina x
